AIRPORT PICK UPS AND DROPS
At 4×4 rental cars Uganda, we are flexible with our services, we offer airport pick ups and drops, A visitor just needs to inform the reservationist the time of arrival at the airport and our driver can deliver the car at the airport. Moreover, some visitors arrive at night or they prefer a relaxation at the hotel before starting the car rental. We also deliver cars to your hotel or other place at the required time.
In the same way, a visitor is free to drop the car at the airport or Hotel. A visitor is supposed to provide information of when the car will be dropped and the place. Visitors are required to wait for the driver and give the car keys to him after inspecting the car to make sure everything is in order.
Airport Transfers
Most of our cars are 4×4 but we also have small SUV which can be rented for town running, we also do airport transfers, in different cars, depending on the number of people, luggage, whether clients are VIPs and etc.
How to deliver the car at the airport
When our driver delivers the car at the airport, he will wait from arrivals with a pla card written on your names. Visitors are encouraged to look for their names on pla card at arrivals for easy identification.
Getting new Sim cards and Data.
Our driver guide who will deliver the car can assist visitors in case they prefer to get new sim card and purchase airtime and Data. It is possible using a passport and recommended.
Inspection of the car.
The driver who will deliver the car will explain different areas on the car for instance, how to check oil, and water for wipers, incase the car has camping equipment, the driver will show visitors where everything is placed and also the tire covers, Wheel spanners and jack are found.
Need to exchange some Cash
The driver will suggest forex bureau where to exchange cash, he will give you good advice on this. Note, it is important to have some local currency on a self-drive trip. You may need to purchase some food, drinks, souvenir, fueling the car and other small things, can easily be purchased using local currency.
Where to sleep in Entebbe
Entebbe has many hotels ranging from Budget, Midrange and luxury, it depends on the budget and class of the visitors. Some of the lodges in Entebbe include Best western hotel, Via Via Entebbe, K hotels, Sky way hotel, Entebbe palm Hotel, Protea by Marriott, No 5 Boutique Hotel, Imperial resort beach hotel and etc.

-We can book accommodation facilities for our clients on self-drive or with driver.
-We can also book gorilla, chimpanzee permits and etc for our visitors
-Booking in advance for the rental is necessary
-When the airline gets delays or any change, communicate to the reservationist.
