With our cross-border services, we arrange delivering and collections of the cars on cross border trips.
A visitor is supposed to provide a conclusive information about the time of delivery or drop off, the place and the date. This is important and it will give enough time for the company representative to deliver or pick the car. The car can be delivered or picked from Kigali, Nairobi or any other destination of the visitors choice.
When it comes to car collections or drops off, a visitor is not supposed to leave the place before our company representative. This makes sure that the car is left in safe hands. In case of any inconveniences, a visitor is supposed to inform the company.
A visitor is supposed to meet the costs of fuel and driver allowance for cross border delivery and collection, On the agreed time of delivery, a visitor is also expected to be on the place, either hotel, destination, etc. The company representative will not live the car with other people.
For cross border car delivery and collections, information about the place, time and date is needed prior to give enough time for company representative to reach the place on time.
Points to Note,
Avoid dropping the car anywhere without informing the company or before the company representative reaches the place.
Make sure you drop the car as it was given to you.
Tickets on the road or different fines are paid by the visitor, and make sure you drop the car when all are cleared.
Be careful where you park the car, and make sure you always lock the car. Do not leave valuables in the car.
The company gives necessary paper work for the car to cross borders. Full information of the countries to be covered and the number of days is needed.

Respect speed limits in each country and the driving side. For instance, in Uganda always keep left when driving but in Rwanda, always keep right when driving.
